All of my plates are custom made so if I make a mistake, I will fix it.  If you make a mistake, you own it. After 30 days, I will not accept returns of any sort so please make sure you check the items you receive for any errors when you receive the package.

All monograms are arranged for you so please follow the request to list first, middle, last name, in that order! (natural order)  I will arrange the initials for you, I promise. Please use upper and lower case letters carefully. If you use all lower case letters for a name, the plate will come to you using lower case letters. I will order the plate using the information you gave me exactly the way you gave it to me.  I will email you if something seems out of order.

I will accept only one promotion/voucher code per sale. If you have any questions, concerns please email before ordering and checking out. The latest promotion will be listed on the home page in a timely manner. This home page ad is the current special value/promotion available. No past sale/free plate promotion will be honored.

ship time

All plates are custom made for you and only you. Your order will arrive in 2-3 weeks time. If you need to have a plate sooner, please email me so that we can expedite your order. All orders are shipped UPS ground and cannot be delivered to PO boxes.

Are my plates safe?

Melamine is a hard plastic, one that doesn't change consistency and release gases the way a soft plastic (like baby bottles) does. This is also why they are not microwave safe, where the heating of the microwave would alter the chemical make-up.

The plates we use for our designs are made in the US and have been made and sold here, and supplied to the US Military, for more than 40 years, adhering to food safety standards.
